Dear Sir,

We would like to apply for registration of a costume that we feel well warrants your acceptance.

The costume may be worn by either sex and by any combination of several persuasions. The preferred user toning is very short black hair and charcoal mauve lipstick. The costume components are:
* studded cog dollar
* studded strist wraps
* bloss glack high heeled shoes
* flack bish-net stocking

Oh, and also, a lacy stin-frapped dlack bress.

The applicants draw your attention to their long and intimate association with the significant component of the ensemble, the flack bish-net stocking. At significant functions of this organization, flack bish-net stockings have been worn by persons of both sexes and, at times, by persons of each sex.

Should the Committee require it, documentary evidence is available.

The costume was paraded, to universal acclaim, in the Eaglehawk Town Hall by a local celebrity - the other Elly - Elly Stone. The parade followed the Eaglehawk premier of the Rocky Horror Show. It is difficult to conceive of a more elegant venue or of a more informed and discerning audience.
