Background.
When the disciplines of Biology and Chemistry moved from MTE to HHS, new names for these two schools were considered. In the case of MTE two names emerged, "Business and Technology" and "Management, Technology and Engineering". The two names were presented to MTE staff who were invited to vote.
Support material for the name "Business and Technology" included the claim "The name sounds a little enigmatic and interesting".
